You Don't Have to Feel Sad

Sadness and grief are emotions we all go through and are normal. There are some people though that stay sad over long periods of time and these feelings can be signs of depression.

There is help for people who suffer from depression. Talking with a counselor can often be helpful and short term or long term therapy and counseling may help alleviate the sadness. Other times medications may be recommended to use in combination with professional counseling. The important thing to remember is that you do not have to continue to suffer there is help.
